As Faculty Director of AI Kitchen, I help students across majors learn by working with AI tools, mentors, and one another.

Teaching with AI

My current teaching work includes a cross-school curriculum on discernment in the AI coding classroom, developed with Haibing Liu and supported by an SCU Teaching and Technology Innovation Grant.

At ATXpo 2026, our forthcoming IdeaLab contributions are The AI Kitchen: A Welcoming Space for Hands-On AI Learning and From Chatbots to Agents: Teaching Students to Supervise AI.
